Who These Rules Are For
These rules are for students enrolled in Advanced / Certificate in Practical English and Life Skills courses at ELTIS. These rules start immediately and apply to all future issues.
How To Cancel Your Admission
If you want to cancel:- Fill out the cancellation form
- Submit it to the Institute
- You will get your refund within 15 days
How Much Money You Get Back (Refund)
The refund depends on when you cancel:

Special Refund Situations
You get 100% refund if:- The Institute cancels the course
- You break the rules (disciplinary action)
- You violate the Code of Conduct
- Substance abuse
- Any other serious rule violations
- Your admission is cancelled because you were not eligible
- The Vice Chancellor will decide
Fees You Cannot Get Back
Registration Fee and Application Fee are non-refundable.
The University has a Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) to solve complaints and problems.

- All complaints will be addressed within 30 days
- Fill out the application form.
- Complete the admission process by paying the fee.
- Receive a confirmation email before the class starts.
