- Weekdays: We have classes from Monday to Friday unless stated otherwise.
- Weekends: Enjoy fun activities from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. These activities take place either in person or online every other weekend.
Always bring your ID card when you come here. If a security person says you can not enter without it, they are just doing their job to keep everyone safe. Please do not argue with them; they are following rules to help you.
This is a special place to enjoy reading books and newspapers. It is a cosy spot where you can sit comfortably and read until you are done.

ELTIS will remain closed for Independence Day on Thursday, 15 August 2024. No classes will be held on that day. All regular classes (Offline & Online) will resume on Friday, 16 August 2024, as scheduled.

Important Points to Remember
- Pay and obtain a receipt. Submit a photocopy of the receipt to the library-in-charge. Preserve the original receipt until the end of your membership term.
- You can borrow one book for a maximum of 6 days.
- An overdue fine of ₹5 per day will be charged from the 7th day onwards.
- You must pay the current market price if the book is damaged or lost.
- Non-return or a delay in return (more than 15 days) will be considered a permanent loss. The book price will be deducted from the deposit amount.
- The Institute reserves the right to continue/discontinue the lending facility based on your conduct.
- Tuesdays: 9-11 a.m.
- Fridays: 4-7 p.m.
Our Saturday film screening will return at 11 a.m. on 27 July 2024.
